12. DELIVERY AND RETURN
12.1. We offer free shipping throughout Italy, including the islands. For all other EU countries it is possible to calculate the cost of shipping via the rate calculator that you will find on our site. All shipments depart from Italy, via express mail and traceable.
12.2. Deliveries in Italy usually take 2-3 working days from the date of purchase, depending on the area where you live.
12.3. Deliveries to other countries usually take:
• 4-5 days usually for the countries of the European Economic Area (EEA);
12.4. You can return the products within 10 days upon receipt and must be returned unused and in the same condition in which they are received.
12.5. You are responsible for the cost of returning products. Customers wishing to return products, should send an email to “support@restucciart.com”
12.7. The purchased products and rendered will not be refundable in cash, but may be replaced with another product of the same amount or higher. The newly selected product will be shipped upon receipt at our office, the returned product.

DELIVERY POLICY
The current state of stocks is approximate and some products may not be available. Your order may be delayed if the item is not available with our suppliers. We will inform you immediately.
We will try to deliver the goods within the expected time for delivery. If we are not able to do so, we reserve the right to deliver within 30 days from the next business day after you buy the product / s.
If we are unable to deliver the goods to you within 30 days from the next business day after you buy the product / s:
• will inform you by e-mail;
• we will make a further offer to you via e-mail;
• We do not make refunds under any circumstances, but you can select a new present product and available at the time on our shop
The goods will be sent to the address indicated by you at the time and confirmation of ‘order. If you are not at home, the delivery person will leave a note in your mailbox giving details on how to arrange a new delivery date. In cases of abuse considered our delivery service and collection, we reserve the right to impose reasonable charges for such services.
All deliveries must be signed and will be released only on presentation of ID card. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods for warranty purposes.

CANCELLATION, RETURN POLICY
All purchases are in general non-refundable but exchangeable for other products present and available at our store.
